Welcome to Kikuha. We have tried to write these Terms of Service so they are clear and
easy to understand, but please note that this is a legally binding contract governing your use of
our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kikuha, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and
conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the service.

2. Description of the Service
Kikuha is a comprehensive digital platform
that provides social networking, file management, e-mail communication, and web search
services. It allows you to build a profile, organize connections into circles, and share
posts, files, and polls with chosen audiences. Please note that certain features, such
as advanced file management, the integrated e-mail provider, and the built-in web search
engine, are planned for future updates and may not be available immediately.

3. Minimum Age Requirements
Our service is not directed to children. You
must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to
use an online service without parental approval, to use Kikuha.

4. Account Security
Kikuha uses a passwordless sign-in system via
a one-time code sent to your e-mail. You are fully responsible for maintaining the
security of your e-mail account and for all activities that occur under your Kikuha
account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses.

5. Responsibility of Contributors
You retain full ownership of the intellectual
property rights for everything you post. However, by posting content, you grant Kikuha a
limited license to store, encrypt, and display that content to the audience you select,
strictly to operate the service. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and
any harm resulting from, that content.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kikuha to post unlawful,
harassing, defamatory, or hateful content; impersonate others; upload malware; attempt
unauthorized access to other accounts; or interfere with the service. We reserve the
right, though not the obligation, to suspend or terminate violating accounts.

7. Circles and Visibility Limits
When you share a post with specific circles,
only members of those circles at the time of viewing can access it. Removing someone
from a circle revokes their access to that content. Kikuha cannot prevent, and is not
responsible for, content a viewer chooses to screenshot or share outside the platform.

8. Privacy
Privacy is a core design principle of Kikuha,
not an afterthought. Your profile data and files are encrypted, your login e-mail is
hashed, and we log actions—never content. Please read our Privacy Policy for full
details.

9. Termination
You may stop using Kikuha and permanently
delete your account at any time. Kikuha may terminate your access to all or any part of
the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective
immediately.

The service is provided "as is". Kikuha and
its operators hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied. In no
event will Kikuha be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential

We believe your data is yours. We are a movement towards a lighter, better internet. We
don't want your data, and we don't want your money. This policy explains the absolute minimum
information we handle to make Kikuha function.

1. The Absolute Minimum We Collect
We ask for only what we strictly need: an
e-mail address to facilitate your passwordless login, and whatever profile details,
files, or posts you voluntarily choose to create and share with your circles.

2. Cryptographic Protection
Your data is heavily encrypted before it is
ever committed to our storage. Your login e-mail is irreversibly hashed, meaning even
Kikuha administrators cannot read your e-mail address directly from the database.

3. Zero Third-Party Sharing
Until the end of time, we will never sell,
rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party
tracking services. Period.

4. Logging Actions, Not Content
To keep your account secure and prevent abuse,
we collect potentially personally-identifying telemetry about actions (such as logging
in from a new IP address or creating a circle), but we never record or monitor the
plaintext content of your searches, messages, or files.

5. Your Right to Delete
Your data belongs to you. You can permanently
delete individual posts, files, or your entire account at any time. Once deleted, your
data is permanently wiped from our active servers and cannot be recovered.

Because we respect your privacy, we intentionally avoid the bloated tracking tools
common on the modern web. Our local storage use is strictly limited to functional necessities.

We store essential UI data locally on your

experience. We strictly adhere to storing only what is functionally required.

To ensure maximum privacy on shared devices,
any sensitive session or interface data we are required to store locally within your
browser is fully encrypted.

4. Zero Tracking
We do not use tracking cookies, retargeting
pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not follow you
across the internet.

5. Infrastructure Providers
We utilize external server and Content
Delivery Network (CDN) providers to keep Kikuha fast and accessible. While we partner
with privacy-respecting vendors, we are not responsible for fundamental network logging
or security cookies enforced independently by these infrastructure providers.

You are in control. You can clear your session
and preference data at any time by signing out of Kikuha, or by clearing your browser's
local storage and cookie cache.
